West Hungary Felt Tour
September 21 - October 2, 2026

In the West-Hungary Tour,

there will be 5 days of project-based workshops with excellent instructors to learn new skills and a wide variety of wet felting techniques that you can apply when you create wearable art.

The tiring workshop days will be balanced with stunning studio visits, exhibits and seasonally available programs. 

We'll have the opportunity of soaking and rejuvenating in the beautiful thermal lake of Hévíz. 

During this trip we'll visit the picturesque cities of Budapest, Szigliget, Kőszeg, Győr and Zebegény and the North shore of Lake Balaton.

Other events will be incorporated into the itinerary as they are posted to the public.

The internationally recognized, innovative instructor team:

Kinga Huszti will teach a one-and-a-half-day workshop on felted-sculpted, double-walled hats. 

Judit Tóth-Pócs will be teaching a two-day workshop on felted bags. 

Vanda Róbert, will be teaching a one-and-a-half-day workshop on making a stitched felt pouch. In this rarely-taught class she'll introduce a relief-like stitching technique  that she mastered and brought it to a higher level.
